JOB DESCRIPTION:The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term commercial goals aligned with the company vision. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated to sell our products/services and create valuable customer relationships.

  • Receive & respond to customer phone calls & e-mails in appropriate fashion (timely & accurately)

  • Create quotations and sales orders for customer requests

  • Facilitate customer field service requests to the proper inter-department personnel. Follow information collection procedures.

  • Evaluate quote requests for status updates in appropriate time frames

  • Review customer feedback with management in regards to pricing and lead time

  • Manage lost quote reason to assist management and operations with successful bidding

  • Maintain line-of-sight for all assigned sales/work orders as they process through the facility production schedule

  • Process completed sales/work orders into invoicing by working with Accounts Receivable department

  • Review late payment invoices with Accounts Receivable that could be missing information. Contact customers as necessary

  • Occasionally assist Outside Sales Reps with in-field customer contact or presentations

  • Develop & maintain a general knowledge of oil & gas valves
